Article 32
The right to language and culture

(1) Every person and community shall have the right to use their own language (2) Every person and community shall have the right to participate in the cultural life of their community (3) Every Nepali community living in Nepal shall have the right to promote and protect its language, script, culture, cultural civilization and heritage.
